great space and location

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
I lived at Marsh Point for 4 years and found everything to be great. The staff is very nice and quick to respond to problems. The apartment layout is the best on Hilton Head and you can't beat the price.
They just got new owners (Spring, 2003), and I hope things do not changer there too much.
No pets though....
