I am not one to bother writing a review, but I feel obligated to warn anyone and everyone to stay away. Parking at times is a 5-10 minute walk to your apt. They tried to resolve the issue with parking stickers but only ended up towing actual residents! I've talked with several former residents and ALL of them have been absolutely robbed upon move-out. They charge for ridiculous things that should be considered normal wear and tear, and like I said, it's not just me. The walls are very thin, and they rent to anyone so loud parties are a nightly event. They also like to come around every few months and fine residents for leaving their bike on the deck, etc. They are never willing to resolve a complaint, and the head of staff in the office is cold and could care less. I've never met anyone on the island who has had a good experience there. PLEASE, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Plus, you don't want to pay to cross the bridge everytime you go onto the island - it really adds up. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
