Why do they call it a pet deposit then' A deposit is something you get back a fee is non-refundable. They do not word it properly in the lease agreement. The prices are fair for hhi however they have been known to change prices to accomadate people they may want to move in to the complex. For example a two bedroom may be $40 less for a white couple compared to a black or hispanic family. They like to say how specials are changed frequently but can't be changed during the same business day to accomadate certain people. Check it out sometime, it is called fair housing.
