My family of (5) recently stayed at The Legends for 3 nights and I wanted to write a review for anyone else wanting to know about them to help them. I read the reviews on this before I went and they didn't seem to promising. The Legends are considered the overflow place for vacation club owners not time share owners. That doesn't mean that this is a bad place to stay. My family had a 2 bedroom, plus a pull out bed in the living room, had 2 full baths, etc. It was plenty big for 5 people. The central air was nice and kept at the temperature we wanted, and we had an upstairs unit and the balcony was nice as well. The master bedroom had its own bathroom which was nice. The pool was VERY close, just walk across the small parking lot. Overall, this was a very nice play to stay! The beach is about 2 miles away (Folley Beach), so its not right on the beach, but no too awful far either. Its not the BEST place you could stay but its by far NOT the worst place you could stay either. All 5 of us enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it in the future and we would stay there again except for the fact that we bought a timeshare while we were there, so next time we will be staying at one of the 4 five star resorts next year when we go that is within the coral resorts timeshare owners. But I hope this message helps people when they are looking up this place on the internet, because it is a good place to stay. Very quite & safe and grocery stores and food places are about a mile away.
