I strongly recommend utilizing other apartment opportunities in the area. The managment at this particular facility is only concerned with getting their $$$. I lived there for six months and lived next to a high-school pariter at all times of the evening. I made several attempts with managment to rectify the situation but they did absolutely nothing. Also after the first month of being my place I suffered a termite infestation in which I was unable to live in my own home for 2 weeks of which they still subjected me to the full months rent.
And finally after my job was downsized, I was unable to get out of any penalty contigency with breaking the lease. There was not one bit of compassion or plan of payment to help me in my difficult financial position.
I strongly suggest going elsewhere.
