Sure the place appears nice, but it's on the inside what counts. Where shall we start, the initally friendly staff lured us in at the tour by telling us about the well insulated buildings, full of up to date appliances with ample parking, including a relaxing pool and state-of-the-art fitness center. If you've been here before this all sounds familiar, right'
O.K., so we sign a year lease and move in. Little did we know what we signed up for was a year of pure living hell! To make a long story short, I'll just go through the list. Bug infested;broken down appliances; loud,abnoxious,verbally abusive neighbors; ovesized animals - including their messes- everywhere; an uncontrollable zoo of numerous screaming children ruled the pool; and an often non-functioning fitness cubicle. Oh yeah, and the initially friendly staff that was there if we had any problems, suddeny became unfriendly, uncaring, and extremely bothered by any simple requests to get any problems fixed inside of the apartment. Needless to say, the oven is still broken today.
So, if you are looking for a place here on the island, RUN, RUN, FAR AWAY from The Preserve at Indigo Run and don't look back!
