Ok, Where should I start' They basically said how much do you pay rent at your present apartment' Which was $740 1 bedroom. The manager said "What if I match what you pay for rent now'" By the square feet of the 1 bedroom and the beautiful landscape I said yes. I sign a year lease if they were going to match what I currently pay at my other apartment. I had moved in, then my year lease was coming up and they were moving my rent now to $850' I was never late in rent, a good tennet. I couldn't understand. Come to find out by my neighbors they did the same thing to them. But the new tenets were getting a great deal on rent' But the older tenets were getting screwed.I gave in to another lease.Then I was living in hell, the office people were now not friendly and helpful, if you needed maintence done, it was always a big problem. Our floor had flooded, dust was always caked to our celing fan, roaches, spitar webs in the corner of all the walls, and every time you went to clean them they were there again,it was time for me to move out.I gave them my 30 days notice in June.But ended up staying 8 days over in July. They wanted a full months rent for July' I was not going to give them a full months rent for only 8 days I stayed' Now I am in collections when I said for them to keep my 400.00 deposit. The list still goes on, please don't do it!!!! I never experienced such a terrible place in my lifetime until I moved into THE PRESERVES AT INDIGO RUN!!
