ALL apts charge deposits, do credit checks, charge rent, make you pay your lease agreement if you move out, etc. Insects are common to all apt living and spiders don?t count! Noisy neighbors, kids running amok and appliances that break down are also common to apt living. If you have a garage, that is where your car should be. The Preserve is a beautiful community (buildings AND people). Our family lived there before it was completed and grew with it. We?ve seen several management teams over the years, the current being the most wonderful. A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE on a paradise such as HH!

I live in an apartment and I DO NOT have roaches. There are kids that live in my complex, however they are well behaved and respectful. Yes, we know spiders are not insects, but no one want them in their homes and crawling all over their furniture! In NC, there are plenty of spiders and the one to fear the most is the "Brown Recluse"...and if you are not familiar with spiders, you really don't know what kind you are dealing with...YES...I would not want to live with them either! I have been in my rental complex for five years and have yet to see a roach in my home, so PLEASE don't say that ALL apartments have roaches. Yes, noisey neighbors sometimes...for the last 2 years my neighbors have been wonderful! If your complex is mostly empty, yes the management will allow anyone to move in that can pay the rent and a lot of times these people are section 8 or on assistant from the goverment. I am not saying these people don't have a right to rent an apartment, however I am saying that they must treat property as if they are buying it, this way it will look nice and desirable people will move in. I REALLY DON'T CARE TO LIVE AROUND PEOPLE WHO DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THEIR SURROUNDINGS OR MANAGEMENT WHO WILL RENT TO JUST ANYBODY SO THAT THE COMPLEX IS FULL.
