Where to Start.... - Firstly the property manager is a total ---!!! The only time rules are enforced is when it personally inconveniences him and he seems to make up new rules as he goes along depending on what pissed him off that particular day. Values have fallen I've lived here for a number of years and it's not the same place that it was. When I moved in it was mostly owner occupied. Due to poor management it is now mostly rentals. Crime has rissen as well as the noise level. I will say that they are making an effort to
