I would like to know just what us happening with this compnay'This is a tax credit property and should be more then full,it should be with a waiting list but,instead it is like a ghost town!Not to mention the trash that is getting moved in here,it is really sad what people will do for money!!In this,i am refering to the actual owners of these properties!!It is sad that you can own such a nice property and still can't have enough sense to hire the right management company to run your companmy for you!If i were you i would take a longg hard look at the management you have working in the properties,you have the awfullest manager and district manager i have known to be in this business but,what do you expect when you have a 30 year old manager still living at home with her parents and a district manager who can't even mange her marriage''We the residents are in for a really rough ride with this outfit!!Someone needs to teach these ladies about fair housing before you as the Landlord,ends up with a multi-million dollar law suit in your lap!!God help us all,plzzzzz'I ask in God's name only because it is VERY clear no one else is capable of helping,have a nice day and if you are looking for a place to live,don't go there!!
