One of our neighbours is a heavy smoker who smokes on his balcony literaly every 30 minutes. Unfortunatey for us, all the smoke gets into our appartment!!! Being a mom of a 5 month old baby I spend a lot of time inside and this smoke makes me sick in all possible ways. Not to mention, that every thing in our appartment now stinks as if we are smokers ourselves. Moreover,this neighbour's spitting on a front lawn and a huge trash container that he keeps in front of his balcony (he lives on a garden level) has nothing to do with the widely advertised luxirious living in Walden Heights.
Apartment management does nothing to resolve the issue! and they didn't tell us that there were smokers nearby when we were moving in!
Please, stay healthy and stay away from Walden Heights!
