Friendly Staff I am a past resident at Century Heights and I absolutely loved living there. Whenever I needed something done the staff made sure it was taken care off. My job relocated me but if I would recommend a place it would be their.

Great Place to Live! I have lived here for two years and I absolutely love this place. The location is great and the community is well kept. I am sad to be moving out due to a home purchase, but I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an apartment community.

This Place Has Really Gone Downhill The new management really stinks! It's like a bunch of kids running the place and it's horrible. The landscaping is crap. There's dog crap everywhere and kids running around wildly without parental supervision. The work out facility is horrible.

Don't move here! I have lived at this property for 2 years & I am currently looking elsewhere. Don't let appearances fool you, it may look nice but don't waste your money renting here. The staff is highly incompetent, any complaints regarding neighbors or otherwise are

Nicest in Columbia I searched all over for the perfect apartment and I finally found it. I moved in in March and have loved every minute of it. The office staff always goes out of their way to be friendly and help with anything you need, and maintenance always comes the same day you call them.

Very nice clean apartments with an excellent location! This is a great apartment complex it is very very new and very clean! It is gated so it is also secure. The pricing is reasonable for how much you get. The rooms are very spacious and easy to live in.
