I have been here for 3 years and just closed on my new house. I will miss living here. My neighbors for the most part have been great, management and maintenance are outstanding. Pool has had some issues lately but they are on top of the situation. You get a nice place to live for a good price that is very convenient to everything in Charleston. The staff makes this complex a Community you can be proud of.
