I've lived at JTV for about a year now while attending school at MUSC. The commute is so fast--especially coming home (all the traffic across the James Island connector is turning left instead of turning right toward where JTV is, so it is a really fast trip home!).

The maintenance staff is so friendly. They always say hi and even asked me the other day how school was going! I always see the grounds staff around making improvements here and there--painting the fence, sweeping leaves, cleaning the breezeways, trimming trees, etc.

The office staff is great too--they sent out holiday cards (my first landlord to ever do that!), have contests to see who can decorate outside of their apartment the best for holidays, have a drawing for prizes for Valentine's day and are so friendly when I go to the office to pick up a package.

I can't recommend this place enough--it's quiet enough for me to study, but it's close enough to so many things (La Hacienda, Folly Beach, Pour House, Wendy's, Arby's, Piggly Wiggly, Starbucks, Earth Fare Natural Grocery Store, Staples, drugstore, Greek restaurant, Mexican restaurant, etc.) that if I want to go somewhere, I don't have far to travel!

Oh, and last but not least--the walk-in closets are SO nice!
