I have lived at James Towne Village for 3 years and have been pretty happy. The rent is reasonable and the staff is nice, sometimes it takes a couple of days for minor issues but major ones are taken care of pretty quick. The property is a little older than most on James Island but is kept up nicely-they just finished painting the breezeways and they look nice. Maintenance is under staffed but some how they keep up. The laundry room has a few issues but I bought a washer and dryer of my own and it works much better.
