Nice Place. Staff could be more intellegent. They have trouble keeping record on their tenants. Staff needs to stop putting balloons out on windy days because they blow away, replacing them does not solve the problem it makes it worse. The grounds are littered with beer bottles and garbage. I need to wear an old pair of shoes to walk outside because there is so much dog poop it's impossible not to step in it. The apt. is nice and big but lacks ventilation. Cooking anything sets off the fire alarm. Nice place to live if you want a PEACH house. Appliances are great and there is plenty of cloaset space. There should be cieling fans in the living rooms. Bottom Line: I'd stay if my rent wasn't going up..its' worth what I pay now...not $100 more!
