Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I lived there for 16 months. I never really had any maintenance issues. Parking was sometimes tight, but not that bad. Manangement was always friendly and polite, need more parties and functions for residents. They could have a bit more help in the office, but over all it was good.
I like Riverland Woods and would so recommend.
