I moved in on August 1, 2003.
They had a great "one month free" deal.
The staff was great and very accomodating.
My pipes burst under my sink one time but THE STAFF WENT OUT OF THERE WAY to get it fixed on a SATURDAY NIGHT! The even had to go out and buy a new part. I was very impressed and greatful.
The only down side is that the dumpsters are so far...but they do offer a 2 day a week "leave it outside your door" trash pick up at a great price.
I would definately recommend Riverland Woods.
