As professionals my husband and myself thought Riverland Woods was a great place when we first saw it early spring. Boy were we wrong. My apartment was not cleaned when we moved in, I cleaned it. The hallways and entries are filthly. I was so disappointed! USED Condoms, trash bags, and debris fill the halls. Don't worry about the trash in the hallways, because the compactor never works. Oh, and the lightening around here is the worst. My building has a front light out, as well as 4 building lights located in the hallway. I do not feel safe. Riverland Woods, please correct these problems for your residents.
