Riverland Woods Staff is very confused. When I moved out I received a letter saying that I owed $399 still to Riverland Woods. This was a letter from a collection agency. Even though I gave Riverland my new address and had paid everything off, they sent me to a collection agency. They didn't even have enough respect to tell me themselves first. It took me 2 weeks to get it straightened out. Of course it was their mistake.
