Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I have been in the office on many occasions and heard one staff member talking rudely about other tenants here. I was talked to very rudely also on the phone and in person. I am not going to name names.
RUDE,LIEING,---,SNOTTY,DUMB ------!!!
