I know both the manager and assistant manager and I cannot imagine that these claims of rudeness and unprofessionalism are true. The fact is that some people are hard to deal with and you're not going to make them happy no matter how hard you try. But don't take my word for it. Call or stop by there and you'll see for yourself.

Totally. I've lived here for about a year and I have nothing but praise for these folks. The apartments speak for themselves in that they are very spacious, utility-efficient and have excellent appliances.
