I have been here for almost a year and overall, I have found it to be an pleasant place to live. The apartments seem to be kept up well and I haven't had any problems with anything in my apartment. Although before I moved in, they said they were going to scrub the rugs, and while the carpets are pretty nice, the cleaning company (if there is one) must be horrible because there are still stains on the floor, not bad ones, but stains nonetheless. I'm assuming they don't clean anything else before you move in because the bathtub and kitchen were filthy, so be sure to bring lots of cleaning supplies. It has been very quite in the apartment, I have not heard any noise from my neighbors. Although sometimes you can hear dogs barking in the apartments around you, but that does not bother me. The only complaint I have is that the office staff are very fake and generally stuck up and not helpful. They are not very professional and do not seem to have things organized. But you really don't have to deal with them much, so that is a plus. Other than that, I would definitely recommend living here. The location is very convenient and the apartments are great.
