Great location, questionable staff

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Location is perfect-almost equidistant between downtown & Folly Beach.
My heat broke in mid-winter & the staff told me that the heaters were not built for cold weather. Parking would be better if it were inforced for resident parking. Office staff could use some friendliness training!
The apartments are nice, though.
