This apartment is just okay. Rent is ridiculously high for the area... and this place doesn't really have any "updates" (cherry cabinets,etc.) EVERYWHERE you step there is dog poop, even though they provide doggy bags throughout the grounds. It is so bad that it just smells of dog poop around the pool and the rest of the grounds. Office staff is really snotty... Feel they are too good to listen. Maintenance really doesn't do too much. Garbage disposal is ridiculously loud - sounds like train wreck coming through - can hear all other apartments in same unit running there garbage disposal... but according to staff sounds normal and I swear elephants live above us - I expect some noise but when it sounds like a wrestling match is going on EVERY night. Unacceptable! Only really good point is the location and the fact that every other apartment on James Island really didn't look much better! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
