The actual apartments are great. They're bright, comfortable and atractive, nice appliences.
It is very noisy here. Several college students live in the same building as I and they blast loud music. My wall was even vibrating one night, from about midnight until the police showed up at 3:00am. The noise is very common.
Maintence is useless.
Office staff is the worst thing about Riverland Woods. They are not polite and I feel like an intruder anytime I walk into the office.
Traffic is bad on Folly Rd. Making a left turn out of the complex onto Folly can take forever & is dangerous.
It's too bad the last decent apartments on James Island had to go in this direction.

Dear Anonymous- We would love the opportunity to fix this problem and see this unhappy review go away or even turn positive! We are a fairly new staff, with a new leasing consultant and new manager. We would love to fix whatever you are unhappy with. Please stop by the office or give us a call to see if there's anyway we can mend this problem.

As a current tenant, I can promise that this management team would help you if you brought it to their attention. If you chose not to approach them and ask them to solve the issue, that's your fault. As for your fear of turning left into a wide turn lane, I'm sorr you're scared to drive.
