When I read these reviews I was appalled! When i asked the every-so-friendly staff about this, they explained that all three of them were new employees, having worked there for less than a year. These old reviews need to be removed because Riverland Woods is a beautiful community, with a great staff. The location is perfect- 10 minutes from downtown and 5 from Folly Beach. Yet it is still set back off of Folly Road with great landscaping, including fishing ponds. The amenities are great, and alot of them are 24 hours. The staff will even babysit for you! I would reccomend these apartments to anyone.

Could you make it anymore obvious that you're part of R.W. management? Why don't you spend time on training your employees or hiring decent people instead of writing fake reviews?

hmm...sorry you feel that way. I am not an employee; however, my wonderful girlfriend is. And we came here to rent an apartment, not seeking employment for her. So I do, in fact, love it here, and I do feel that the staff here is exceptionally nice and works hard to please the residents here. Maybe you've never had a bad experience with another community, but Riverland Woods is a wonderful place to live.
