The best apartments in Charleston, South Carolina

Other than 13 years I have lived at apartments all of my life, all over the United States and I am a very young 62 year old male in radio and Tv media my entire life. I spent about three months before I came to Charleston, up on Long Island calling all apartments in Charleston getting all the information about every apartment in this city, then when I came down here on vacation I visited EVERY apartment community and found Riverland Woods to be the newest apartment community and the nicest for the money the money they charged. The grounds are immaculate - the lakes, the pool, tennis court, volley ball, place to keep your boat and my apartment is like a "show place". The nicest apartment (home) I have ever had with a sunroom and a 25 foot long living room - I have two policeman that live within 100 yards from my door - that is what I call very safe! And, I attend the many "holiday" and pool gathering that the wonderful staff put on. I have never met a kinder, more cooperative, efficient staff at anyplace I have ever lived. Whenever I need a fax sent out - anywhere in the country I just bring it over to them and they take care of it for me in an instant. They have a special "business room" with a computer and copy machine. And, if I feel like fishing I can drop my pole in the two "stocked" lakes that are just a two minute walk from my front door.....
You know, I live about a 5 minute ride from the Atlantic Ocean and just 5 minutes from Historic, downtown Charleston - Riverland Woods has more to offer than any apartment complex anywhere in Charleston and just between you and me the rent increase this year was so small it was ridiculous.
If I were you I would get your name on the lease before someone else gets your apartment and I will see you at the next St Patricks Day Party with the great staff.
