I think the apartments are nice and being so close to the beach and downtown Charleston, you really can't complain with the price. An apartment is what you make of it, they are nice sized and well kept for an apartment. I use the treadmill, tennis courts and running trail quit a bit with my dog. I think what you get for the money is outstanding. As for the comment I read above regarding the staff, maybe you did have someone blaring the music loud at night and it was a terrible nights sleep. But as far as the staff, I am more than happy with how the staff handles everything. They are more than pleasant everytime I see them, they know everyone by name and try and help in any way possible.
