I moved all the way from Illinois to attend the College of Charleston to pursue my masters degree. I absolutely love living at Riverland Woods. The staff (Jackie and Justin) are great! Jackie worked with me during the application process and lease signing. She was always prompt with answering my emails and clearing up my questions. The one bedroom apartment is almost brand new. I needed a few things taken care of in the apartment within the first few days of moving in and Justin had things taken care of right away (within a day or two!). I didn't have to worry about anything. They are so willing to help me in any way they can. There hasn't been any noise since I've moved in (and I'm a very quiet person). The apartment complex is beautiful. Before moving to Riverland Woods I spent quite some time looking around at various apartment complexes before settling on this one. I believe that this aparment complex is a great deal! The area of James Island is close to downtown and Folly Beach. I remember reading bad reviews on this site before I looked at this apartment complex. Now that I've lived here for a month I realized that the reviews are no longer applicable. Finally, I am NOT a employee at Riverland Woods.
