I have been living at Riverland Woods for about 4 or 5 months now. It is a great place to live. It is convenient to downtown and also Folly Beach. The staff is
great. However, I have put in three work orders that have not been completed without me having to follow up each time. Each time, it has taken over 2 weeks to fix. I have not had any problems with noise at all. Also, when you move in, the staff states that the groundsmen don't work until the afternoon. THIS IS NOT TRUE!
