I have lived at Riverland Woods for a little over 2 years. I like the grounds they dont suck, maint. people are really good people they dont suck either. The management is good, always very helpfull and nice which is a place, I have lived places where the management has been really crappy to people and it sucked, but these people are nice and responsible. The Rent could be a little lower, but it is worth what you pay. Close enough to Downtown and the beach, just be carefull if you drink and drive from downtown they will get ya for a DUI. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
