This property is nothing but a high class slum drug area. The Office staff sucks and has a no care way of thinking. They take your money then forget about you. The grounds look like a landfill and the compactor is all ways a mess and the maintenance guy just goes right by the compactor with the same way of think as the office. They had a great service manager here name James that took care of the grounds and was always nice to the resident and did what every it took to get the job done. Then the new property manager came in and fired him so her lover could come and be the manager. Which at this time they are hardly ever on the property. James was here for just 17 days and we the resident could tell the different in the why the property looked and now you see the porperty it is a landfill. He took pride in his work and from what is going around the proprty he was screw out of his job. Also the Property manager was screw out of her job and this place has went down hill for the last 2 weeks and is not getting any better. The maintenance tech that is here does not know all that much and all he wants to do is flirt with the female resident and he close the pool and then he goes swimming and tell the resident he can do what he want to do he is the maintenance that is not fair to the reident. And he has come on the property with the smell of alochol on his breath. Yet he is still here and they fired two of the hardest workers and have people working here that do not care.
Just take a tour of the property at night or during the day time and you can see for yourself and then going in to office if they ever have the door open. Ants are a very big problem here and they tell resident pest control will come out at the end of the month and go buy ant killer till then, it plans states in our lesae that pest control is inculde in the rent. So why are the resident being told to go buy their on pest killers?

The maint.supervisor that was let go wrote the email he did not do his job thats why he was let go Everybody had a problem with the past manager Now we got somebody wil clean this place up and a few people are upset because they cant do like the did in the past

I know for fact the maintenance supervisor did not write this reveiw and he was doing his job. So let just not get the old supervisor invovled in this he is good person has not said anything bad about this propery or the staff. I have tried to get him to talk to me and he keeps telling the same thing it was management choice why he is not here and he has not said anything else and he change the subject.

Maybe he did or maybe he did not write it but, other maintenance men donā??t live here and one did and they made him move. So make this one get out, I think he did write it so make him move.

I bet the only reason why he was slaming the other maintance guy was because he was to fat and jelious. My 90 year old grandma could walk faster then he did. The only reason why this property is still up is becasue of them so shut your mouth, and live here. I have seen him work his butt off picking up the trash for the ignorint people that live here with me
