I too live at Planter s Retreat Apartments, I believe if the people here would help by picking up there trash and putting in the compactor and making there kids do the same our grounds would be much nicer. The new property manager is working and doing her best in getting this place back on the right track. Both office manager s are working hard in the office getting nice people to come live here, all the ones that need to be evicted are the ones that just don t care and need to go. I have lived here for 2 years and I pay my rent on time, and try to be nice and pick up trash, keep my breezeway clean when I can, and I help people when they need it, we should all try just a little to help maintenance by teaching your young to help others and not to leave there toys out, put there bikes up and not the put trash on the ground. I had ants also in my apartment and I called the office and Pest Control came out and took care of them. The Apartments have had some good maintenance men and some bad, I think Jason is working as hard as he can in keeping this place clean, and trying his best in making sure that all work orders are getting done to the best of his ability. It is my opinion and my opinion only that the people who complain the most is the ones that don t try to help themselves in keeping there apartment area clean. After all people, this is not just an apartment this is our home. Please let s all try and keep it nice. I know we all miss our old property manager and maintenance man, but let s give Ms. Jill Mears a fighting chance so she can do her job.

I would recommend families to come and join us at Planter s Retreat and make this there home.

this place has high turn over of apartments because manager is nasty do not care for people,one of high eviction rate in ladson SC 29456
