I guess the office staff found the web pages today. They did come out an clean up around the compactor today after all the negative posting on the web. It is bad that we as the resident have to go threw this. And just look at the newsletter that the office put out today. Our lease states the fine is just 25.00 so do not let them charge us 100.00 that is wrong. They need to keep the compactor clean I know that we all need to be held respone for helping to keep the area clean but we are the resident and we do not get paid to to there jobs. I feel like we as residence need to take a stand and let the corporate office know how we are getting treated by the staff here. I have found out the corporate office is in Greenville SC. The name is VISTA Captial. I agree with all the negative responce on this web page. The grounds do look like a landfill the compactor does look a little better after Jason cleaned up arond it some today. The manger was out on the property today but look what it took. We will see if things get better like the newsletter states. I personal feel like the staff here is just putting up an smoke screen. They are tring to cover up there mistake. I would move from here if I could. They will not let me out of my lease. I feel like the reveiw that was write about they would reccommoned this apartment to others was write by the office staff here to get a favorable rating on the web page. But we the resident know the truth and it will come out in the long run.

Wow if you want to put up a posting make sure you know how to spell first huh??? I think that Jason and Penny do a great job and I would tell anyone who asked the same... I think that if you have nothing better to do then sit around and complain about little things like this it is time to get a job and stop collecting welfare...

WoW know that was a response. I agree I used to live in Planters Retreat and I loved it until Krissy pissed alot of people off. I would recommend it and I think that it would be better if they stop taking section 8 and stop people from selling drugs in that back area.
