All I have to say is thank God Jason is there. He is a great maintenance guy. He is always there for people who need help and is quick to take care of your problems. I really feel bad for him considering the busy schedule he has because the apartments are crappy and he is always doing some kind of repairs to the apartments. I don't know why he don't take his bubbly personality elsewhere and get a job where people will respect him and probably pay him better than what he makes. I can only imagine what he is getting paid at that government funded place. All I can say is if he ever leaves or they get rid of him, Planters Retreat will be in a bind because I don't know of anyone who would go through trash with magets in it to keep the property up for their reputation even though it is messed up. He is definitely an asset to this property. I just feel bad for the people and trash he has to put up with.
