Planters Retreat

Well, let me just start by saying that I do know how to spell, I do have a job AND I am NOT collecting welfare of any sort. The office staff here at Planter's Retreat have no idea what they are doing. The only thing Penny and Jill do well is smoke cigarette after cigarette, when they should be answering the telephone. They are disorganized and incompetent. The paperwork that we have to fill out is a nightmare! Not because of the regulations, etc, but because they office staff are late in getting information to you or they do not know which information that needs to be filled out. It is a pain in the neck to keep calling back and forth and not being able to reach a human in the office. If Krissy was so bad, then why do they still have her voice on the answering machine? Could it be because either of the current office staff's voices would scare the CRAP out of a potential renter? They are unprofessional and lazy. It takes forever to get anything fixed or done around here because you can't get through to make the request. This place is full of hoodlums and drug addicts, but those of us who live quietly, minding our own business have be put up with incompetence. If I could get a response I would continue to try to contact the management company. But, it seems that all the company cares about is the money they are getting from the renters.
