My husband and I moved here from Birmingham, AL. The office staff took care of us over the phone and through email. Things were ready for us to go when we got here. We have found that rental properties in general have a lazy mindsets. The staff here takes care of things as well as they can. We have no complaints. This isn't the Ritz Carlton, but we have no problem having our 4 month old son here. The duplexes are older, and they aren't as nice as I'm sure they once were. The neighborhood holds monthly meetings to discuss problems and crime. Very few tenants attend. I'm not so sure the problem is with the staff. We have never had any problems differ in this neighborhood than any other neighborhood we have been in.
