Very Poorly Maintained Property

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
 
Maintanance is practically non-existent. Usually takes 2 or 3 calls to the office to get something fixed.....nothing is ever considered an emergency. Having something replaced such as broken appliances can take months and many phone calls to the office. This has not gotten better with new management.
