When we moved in the place was a disaster no body had bothered to clean before they moved out. There was melted ice cream on the kitchen floor, wood shavings through out the house, the carpet hadn't been vaccumed and there was red sticky candy through out the house. Have been held up at gun point for twenty dollars once and had are cell phones stolen. Our car has been broken into twice, while in the garage. The house has a weird smell when it gets hot. Maintenance sucks beyond belief. It takes about4 or 5 calls down to the office to have something fixed and when they get here they don't ever have the parts available so you have to wait another two weeks and then go through the calling process all over again. It is in such a bad area you have to unlock your doors with a key from the inside. Office staff is very rude, secretary walks around burping and farting. Kitchen is as small as the closets, there are no windows, said there was a yard, there is no yard!! All in all it sucks!! Strongly recommend to spend your money elsewhere!! Only reason we moved in was because we moved from out of state and new no one, and had are cat with us. Hated it!

I agree totally, I have had simalar problems with maintenance issues, they do SUCK !!!!! beyond belief,and you get no help from management, I called 4 times after new front doors were installed because I had a 1 inch gap, I finally fixed it myself.
