We have rented from here for 1 year. We had a problem with our stove shooting sparks when I turned it on. We called maintance and the first guy more or less said it was my fault because I didn't have the eye pushed all the way in. The second guy said there was a part that needed to be replaced and that he would be back in acouple of days to fix it. Well, 7 months later we are still waiting. I refused to cook on that stove any more for fear of fire. So my hubby went and got ours that we had in storage and replaced the sparking one. But thats not the worest part. The worest part is that they are selling our unit. They are selling all the units. Imagine our surprize to find our unit on a real Estate web site listed for sale. I think its wrong for them to sell our unit or HOME out from under us like this. If we had known this in the beginning we would have never rented here in the first place. I think they own it to the renters to be told before they sign a lease that they could have to move on a 30 day notice. We were told in less then 24 hours that someone was going to be looking at our unit even though there is an empty one just like this one right beside us. Plus I don't know what that says about people who KNOW that that the unit is occupied and still want it even thought the very same style of units are open all around. I am very unhappy and disgusted with Crowfield Village. Don't not waste your time or money on this place. It not worth it.

The community went under new management in 2008. This ad was posted 2006-2007. The property is a wonderful place to live now.
