Was Just Looking Hi I was just looking at the apartments today and they are ever nice. The Pool was clean and looked infighting. I hope to be moving soon and will keep Planters Retreat on my list.

Very Poorly Maintained Property Maintanance is practically non-existent. Usually takes 2 or 3 calls to the office to get something fixed.....nothing is ever considered an emergency. Having something replaced such as broken appliances can take months and many phone calls to the office. This has

not worth the rent We moved in early 2003. Still have problems unfixed. Have place 10 calls to new Property Manager, have yet to receive a return phone call. Don't maintain exterior of buildings. Interiors are old and very dated. Garage too small to use for anything but storage.

Great Place This place is wonderful! The staff is very helpful, they moved us in without a problem, the maintenance is great! We don''t have to worry about loud neighbors or pest problesm, they keep the grass cut and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants somewhere to live
