Horrible - The apartments are very nice and you would never guess at how trashy they really are. Hood rats take over the apartments. Kids smoking weed and become packs where you feel unsafe to even leave your apartment. There has been stabbings, and people getting jumped. HORRIBLE BUG PROBLEMS.
