I enjoyed staying at the VLW. Customer service was great..they took care of you like a person and not a rent check. They greet you by your name. Maintenance is done in 24-48 hours. All security gates are closed at all times (except during morning/evening rush hour) for obvious reasons. Nice spacious apts. Adequate parking. Well maintained/manicured landscape. Leash/Pooper Law enforced. Love the free movie rentals (could use a few more up-to-date movies), but free is good, so can you really complain. Desk niche is nice to have so you don´t have to rent a bigger apartment to create ´office space´. If it wasn´t for relocating, I wouldn´t leave.



CONS:

I hate the Hwy 49 construction...one way in/one way out. The Buster Boyd bridge is a killer. However, that is due to be completed soon, so it will be a plus for the Lake Wylie residents. At the very least, they will be able to sleep a little later.
