Worst place I ever stayed

The staff was unprofessional and self-involved.
The management changed more times than I could count.
I never received my deposit back, but I sure did get a cleaning bill for $40 for cleaning... the oven of all things. I need to start an oven cleaning business if you can get $40 for that.
I had my motorcycle stolen from the apartment and instead of alerting the neighbors to be on the lookout, they shrugged it off like it was nothing. After investigating I also found out that another motorcycle theft was attempted from the apartment. If they had alerted the neighborhood about THAT attempt, mine wouldn't have been stolen.
The gates never work. They are constantly in need of repair.
The garbage gets filled up and people have to set bags of trash outside by the tennis courts -- this is right at the entrance of the community and gives a VERY bad impression.
The car wash facility didn't work most of the time -- it was in need of repair constantly.
The builders didn't appear to know what they were doing and left a lot of details to look very unprofessional.
They never completed the second fishing pond that they promised.
The weight equipment is constantly in need of repair.
They promised to build a sidewalk from our stair landing to the parking lot but never did. Consequently, we ended up having to constantly clean our carpets from tracking mud in the doors.
There are spider webs EVERYWHERE. Try going to the soda machine by the pool sometime -- you'll think you were in an alfred hitchcock movie. They only spray in public areas if you ask them to. Those are the sort of details that a LUXURY apartment should take care of for you.
There is more wrong with this place than I can list in a single review. Please think twice before renting here. Look at the details and make sure you get EVERYTHING -- read EVERY DAMN THING -- in writing.
