Poorly constructed, over-priced and stuck on itself.

After having to find something quick and being taken in by the "glitz" of the gates, the landscaping and the spiel of the highly dressed cheerleaders in the office, we've found that actually having to LIVE here is a completely different experience than depicted.
Maintenance is a flat ZERO on a scale of one-to-ten. After having many problems with a ground floor unit where the TOILETS wouldn't flush (backing up instead) and having to PLUNGER it constantly, "maintenance" came over and didn't even bother to ratline them out - they just said "Yeah, because of the water-saver toilets, we ALL have that problem" !! (I've been trying to get them to deal with this problem for over three weeks).
The exercise room has TWO treadmills - unfortunately, only ONE of them has ever worked - I guess they're too busy spending money on flowers to plant, rather than taking care of everyone's complaints about the NON-FUNCTIONING treadmill.
The "computer room" that's available for residents has a printer/copier/fax that doesn't work also - and if you DO decide to move here anyway, please be aware that if you USE those computers, you'll be utilizing equipment that is NOT up-to-date MS security-patch-wise and that anything and everything you type/view may be recorded, since the ANTI-VIRUS programs are NOT up-to-date, either (all computer-relater stuff in that room is controlled by "the home Office" - not the on-site office - they can't even do anything about this).
If you come to look at the apartments, bring a golf-ball and a carpenters square with you - you'll need them to check for dips in the floors, and to determine whether you're getting one of the ones that don't have a single square corner/straight wall anywhere. The present owners have multiple lawsuits up against the original builders - who are now out-of-business) for poor construction - including substandard foundations for the buildings.
Hope you like MOLD if you happen to get a ground floor unit - a lot of our time here is spent trying to keep it from totally taking over the windows, inside and out and the lousy cracks around the CHEAP shower/bath enclosures.
Also hope you like walking through WATER after it rains, because none of the BREEZEWAYS drain properly, leaving standing water for the mosquitos and moisture for the MOLD. Of course, at least you CAN walk through the breezeways and NOT get your shoes covered with mud - this is NOT the case if you live on the BACK side of any of the quads and want to park out back. They haven't provided ANY "walkway" - concreted OR stones - so when you step out your door and try to get to the BACK parking, you're walking in grass, mud or snow, as the case may be.
Should either you or a loved-one have the mis-fortune to be DISABLED, they'll provide you with a parking space and they have ramps there - HOWEVER, should it SNOW, you'll be totally on your own when it comes to shovelling the walkway, the ramp and your parking space - they don't DO that - not even at these kinds of prices. (They don't shovel ANYONE'S stairs, either - good luck and bring a shovel!)It took MULTIPLE requests before they would even put ROCK SALT down even after I had DONE THE JOB FOR THEM!
We've been here for nearly two years, and aside from a few people that'll be friendly and seem normal, most of what you get here is an "eat------and-die" look if your clothing or your vehicle doesn't meet somebody's "standards" - in other words, a lot of people here are stuck on themselves.
