Nice Complex, Questionable Staff

Nice Complex, but, smells after watering becuase they pump water from the "fishing pond" and the water stains the buildings. Walls and ceilings are paper thin, you can hear anyones conversation just by walking by their front door past a wall outside. Ceilings are VERY THIN, if you live on 1st or 2nd floor it sounds like elephants stomping around above you. Office staff is, well, less than friendly....some of them are downright snobby and they just seem to tolerate you and consider you lower on the priority scale than some of the other residents. Crime is not a big problem but I heard some people had their cars vandalised a couple weeks ago. Mud and muck is slightly bad, they water WAY TOO MUCH and it shows...grass is dead and dying and it smells badly unless it has been real hot that day to dry up the marsh they have created. But it is in a nice area and the lake and woods are nice. As long as you get neighbors upstairs that weigh less than 100 pounds and don't have to have any contact with the office staff you should like it. Parking is a pain at times, big rigs, dump trucks and trailers will take up 10 prime parking spots and may have to park somewhere a block away; they said that they were not going to allow this to continue but they don't enforce it or do anything about it, pretty much par for course.
