New Management = BAD Idea

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
1. Property Landscaping is beautiful!
2. Apartment floorplans are elegant and easy to clean.
3. You can hear everything above and below you. People outside can hear your conversations a foot from your bedroom window in the 2 and 3 bedroom masters.
4. New management group does not take care of resident concerns in timely manner.
5. Incredible access to the lake and completely separated from the increasing violence of Charlotte.
6. Currently no full time maintenance staff.
7. Currently no courtesy officers, but the York County Sheriff's Dept. is prompt and wonderful to work with.
8. Gated, but they are frequently broken.
9. Pricey, but worth it.
10. The only drawback that cannot be compensated for is the HORRIBLE complex nextdoor.
