This place started out nicely...then it went to hades in a handbasket. New Management took over and has run this place into the ground IN MY OPINON. Office staff has completely turned over TWICE in less than 6 months and the management company is useless to go to with problems IN MY OPINON. Office staff is less than friendly and 3 courtesy officers have quit due to their behavior. Maintenance staff is nowhere to be seen and there is trash littering the complex, not like it used to be, this place used to be spotless, not anymore. Try submitting a maintenance request and don't even look for a call back or contact any time soon. From my personal experience office staff has LIED to me on at least one occasion. I wouldn't re-up my lease here if rent was FREE. Thank God I am moving in a week. If you want drama, poor service, and rude office staff then IN MY OPINON this is the place for you.
