Parking Nightmare

Parking is getting worse here. They sent out a notice saying that if you took up more than one space you would fined and if your car was not within regulations you would be towed. I came home and found trucks with boats still on them taking up prime parking spaces, utility trailers triple parked, work trailers double parked, etc. There are cars here that have not moved in over 6 months that have out of state tags and have been expired for over a year, other vehicles that have not tags or plates at all and they all take up space. If you can afford to live here you can afford to register your vehicle. Once again, all talk and no follow through in this area. Meanwhile I am parking two blocks away just because some jerk driving a big SUV with a boat hooked up to it decides to take up 10 parking spaces. Mangement will feed you a line, act like they are going to make changes and then POOF do nothing. That seems to be the norm around here, all talk.

Get use to it, management sucks.. lol. This whole place needs to be shut down or picked up by another Company with their own management team so they can replace the little cheerleader idiots that are up there now. ATTN: Lake Wylie Managment - McDonalds is hiring for management.. Why don't you go try that, cause your customer service sucks, you can't manage, and you don't follow through with anything... Perfect match, you'd fit right in..

The complex is owned by Colonial Properties Trust in Alabama. The phone number is 205-250-8700 and the CEO is Thomas Lowder. A well placed call may offer results.
