My name is John and I have lived here for four years and I absolutely love it. I transferred with my job and dreaded moving to the south, but Lake Wylie has proven very nice. The apartment I live in is modern and very nice. I have a super rate for this much space. The outside always looks well kept. They work very hard to keep up the grounds. I am amazed that other residents throw trash down right in front of the work staff but they smile and clean it up. My leasing girl was very nice and there are new faces in the office, but the are consistantly very nice. I have and will continue to reccommend the complex to my friends at work.
